1 Soak the dehydrated sea grapes in water for 3-5 minutes
2 Then put in a bowl of crushed ice and soak until the sea grapes is crispy and cold for about 2 minutes, to remove the fishy smell of the sea. We should take a sufficient amount of seaweed to eat for 1 time, eat as much as you like, because the seaweed will shrivel after 30 minutes.
3 Use directly as a green vegetable with common dipping sauces such as: soy sauce + wasabi (mustard) + lemon + sugar or mayonnaise + chili sauce.
